Digital marketing strategy

We develop customized digital marketing strategies, depending on the context and the objectives of our clients. Our strategies are based on two levers: acquisition and retention.

Our methodology includes a research and analysis phase, and a recommendation phase. We apply a "Test & Learn" philosophy in the framework of defining digital marketing strategies: we conduct ideation workshops, we test messages and tools, measure results, and iterate if necessary, in order to achieve an effective strategy.

Marketing guidelines

In order to better deploy the marketing strategies of our clients, we define marketing guidelines that will facilitate the creation and distribution of new content in the various communication channels.

We set the tone, the shape, the editorial style, the graphic style, the technical format, the production methods, the frequency and timing of distribution.

Data management

We help our clients structure, collect, and exploit their data. We implement comprehensive tagging plans that can accurately track user actions on all media.

We define KPIs (attendance and performance), which are the barometer of the digital activity of our clients. We structure and distribute reports with KPIs. We then analyze the real user behavior that hides behind these KPIs.

On this basis, we refine our hypotheses (disruption, design, growth), which will lead to better overall efficiency.

Acquisition

We have a disruptive vision of acquisition. Beyond the traditional actions, we explore bold solutions for growing traffic and user base of our customers.

Audacy pilots acquisition for its clients, using the following levers (not exhaustive): A/B testing, SEO, paid search, email marketing, social media, growth hacking.

Engagement

Retention is crucial to sustain a digital product, and enhance brand experience. It is often complex, and less automatic than the acquisition process.

We analyze customer data, to identify effective loyalty channels. Then we test ideas, product features, tools and messages with target users, in order to validate the most efficient levers.
